Return Policy at Sarah Andreas Art
Hello from Sarah Andreas Art, a place where each artwork is created to touch your heart, empower your spirit, and beautify your space. I understand that art is a personal journey, and it’s important to me that you feel a deep connection with any piece you choose. If your recent purchase doesn’t quite speak to you as you had hoped, I’m here to ensure your comfort and satisfaction with a straightforward return policy.
How to Return: Should you wish to initiate a return, please reach out to me at sarah@wisewoodllc.com within 15 days of receiving your artwork. I kindly request that the artwork is returned in its original condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Shipping Returns: Once I approve your return request, you will be responsible for shipping the artwork back to me. I suggest using a trackable shipping service and getting shipping insurance for your peace of mind and ours, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Handling Damaged or Defective Items: I take great care in packaging my art to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if there’s an issue with a damaged or defective piece upon arrival, please contact me immediately at sarah@wisewoodllc.com. Rest assured, I’m here to help and will address any concerns promptly.
Please Note:
- Sale items and gift cards are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns.
- If you’re looking for an exchange, the best way is to return the original item and make a new purchase for your preferred piece.
Processing Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, I’ll inform you about your refund's approval status. If approved, I’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Remember, it might take a bit of time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
