Every commissioned painting begins with a conversation about you.

My mixed media oil paintings move beyond decoration. They speak the language of emotion, intuition, and possibility. Your piece becomes:

As an artist and guide, I approach each commission with mindfulness and intention. Together, we create a painting that reflects your story, your leadership, your courage, and the abundance you are inviting into your life.

The Commission Process

A guided, collaborative experience

1. Initial Contact
Email me with your vision, desired size, and any inspirations you have, such as favorite colors, imagery, or a Pinterest folder.

2. Personal Consultation
We will meet for a one-on-one call to explore the essence of your piece. We will talk about the season of life you are in, what you want this painting to hold for you, and how you want to feel when you see it each day.

3. Budget and Size
You share your budget and I share size and format options that align with it.
Commissioned paintings start at $3 per square inch with a minimum canvas size of 20 x 20 inches.

4. Co creative Progress
If you wish, I will send photo updates as your painting develops, including a preview before I begin the final oil painting stage. This is your opportunity to offer impressions and make sure the direction feels right.

5. Naming Your Painting
You are invited to help name your piece. This is often a powerful moment of claiming the story and meaning behind your painting.

6. Delivery
Your finished artwork is carefully packaged, insured, and shipped to your home. Most commissions are completed within 4 to 5 weeks of our initial consultation.

The Essence of a Sarah Andreas Painting

Each commission is an original work of fine art on gallery wrapped canvas, created with mixed media and finished in oil.

Every painting begins with energetic, textural layers. Collage, graphite, charcoal, and acrylic washes create movement, history, and depth. From there, I build the image with oil paint using brush and palette knife, working with glazing, scumbling, and expressive mark making to create luminous surfaces that feel emotionally alive.

The result is a piece that blends strength and softness, clarity and mystery. Art that does not simply sit on the wall but speaks to you each time you pass it.
